Professional Profile
Mr. Morse maintains a general civil and criminal trial practice in both federal and state courts. He is married to a lawyer, Judy Hamilton Morse, and they are the parents of four children: Jeff, Bryan, Lindsey and Ashley. Mr. Morse has lived Norman since 1973, and is active in community and civic affairs in addition to his law practice.

Mr. Morse has represented several tribal housing authorities on housing and real estate matters. He also devotes a substantial amount of his practice to employment and labor issues, representing both employers and employees. In addition, he is an experienced personal injury and criminal law practitioner. Other areas handled by Mr. Morse include real estate, oil and gas, and wills and probate.
